FUEL INSTALLATION INFO

YES WE HAVE

!!! AVGAS - AVGAS - AVGAS -AVGAS - AVGAS !!!

Follow instructions on Terminal.

When getting Fuel multiply your quantity by $2.40 for amount required or you will end up doing the card thing again. Example 60 Litres = $145.00

Please sign book in box.

Also if wanting a receipt do this pretty much after hose returned to holder.

When Fueling be careful of Splash back. It's brand new and pumps pretty quick.

PUT THINGS BACK AS YOU FIND THEM.

I have seen people not winding the hose up when finished. If you do this consistantly I will be speaking to you as I can see you 24/7 (recorded) you will be paying for any damage incured. This facility is owned by the Stratford Aero Club Sport Flyers and not by any Fuel Company.

Treat it with respect it deserves or lose it.

!!! DAYLIGHT HOURS ONLY !!!

Remember no Landing Fee's and uncontrolled Airspace.

Thanks for choosing SD (Stratford) as your Fueling stop

Sealing round the pumps has been completed and is ready to use. Until grass grows take care when going from Grass to Seal use the 45 degree approach method.

Bruce and I went for a Tootle round last Sunday headed for Turangi (both unable to make the National Rannz Fly in at Motueka BUGGER although Wayne and Carl in SNW Russell and Jillian in TIG with Craig and Gary in SSF had a hoot) as on the 3rd Sunday of each month they have a BBQ. Great bunch people brilliant lil Airfield and a really beautiful spot GO HAVE A LOOK. Thanks for the hospitality.

We also trucked to Taumaranui none home although checked out a Savage Cuib parked on the field very nice it was to. Oh and Bruce found 2 x Golf Balls.

We then headed for Te Kuiti but didn't stop as no sign of activity although they have flash sealed runway now. Shows how long since I been there and remember the Grassy bog it used to be. On the way out we passed this HUGE Lime quarry looks quite impressive from the air.

We then zoomed out to the coast flying in formationm mostly past NP airport just as the YAK team were heading out down the water front and then had a look at WOMAD then headed for Stratford (SD). Toatols flying time 3.15 hours.

A magical flying day........
