Well Saturday I was out at the Aerodrome and flew with The Kenny to Matamata as he was delivering his Zenair 601 UL ZK-JLI to it's new owner.
The weather was hazy but very smooth flying wise there and back. We shot up the coast to around Tirua Point then shot inland round the back of Mt Pironigha and skirted Hamiltons control zone then hung a left direct Matamata. After doing all the change over things and a cup of coffee where on our way back direct Stratford around 31/2 hours all up not a bad days flying.
So long JLI.
Here's some pic's from the trip.
