When getting Fuel multiply your quantity by $2.40 for amount required or you will end up doing the card thing again. Example 60 Litres = $145.00

Also if wanting a receipt do this pretty much after hose returned to holder.

When Fueling be careful of Splash back. It's brand new and pumps pretty quick.


I have seen people not winding the hose up when finished. If you do this consistantly I will be speaking to you as I can see you 24/7 (recorded) you will be paying for any damage incured. This facility is owned by the Stratford Aero Club Sport Flyers and not by any Fuel Company.

Treat it with respect it deserves or lose it.


Remember no Landing Fee's and uncontrolled Airspace.

Due to the short time frame we were given: Accomadation is as follows.

You are able to Camp next to your Aircraft. THERE IS NO SMOKING OR COOKING at your Aircraft. This is only able to be done at the CLUBHOUSE. Any other accomadation you will need to orginise yourself which is accessed on line. It is the High season for accomadation as well so get in quick.

COMP's on Saturday 17th with a possible surprise destinantion as well.

AVGAS only is aviliable on field.

Sunday started with the arrival of R-44 ZK-INC which were in for gas before heading back to home base North Shore

Gary was in for a bit. The chaps on the Walk to Daves hangar to check out the Hawk

Now young Martin from the green Isles of Ireland was keen to have a look at some snow and the only place to catch up with some of that was over the mountain.

We were up the Mountain 1930 to around 2000 just awesome

Here's a couple shots of his journey over the mountain and round the district.

I suspect he enjoyed it
