FUEL INSTALLATION INFO

YES WE HAVE

!!! AVGAS - AVGAS - AVGAS -AVGAS - AVGAS !!!

Follow instructions on Terminal.

When getting Fuel multiply your quantity by $2.40 for amount required or you will end up doing the card thing again. Example 60 Litres = $145.00

Please sign book in box.

Also if wanting a receipt do this pretty much after hose returned to holder.

When Fueling be careful of Splash back. It's brand new and pumps pretty quick.

PUT THINGS BACK AS YOU FIND THEM.

I have seen people not winding the hose up when finished. If you do this consistantly I will be speaking to you as I can see you 24/7 (recorded) you will be paying for any damage incured. This facility is owned by the Stratford Aero Club Sport Flyers and not by any Fuel Company.

Treat it with respect it deserves or lose it.

!!! DAYLIGHT HOURS ONLY !!!

Remember no Landing Fee's and uncontrolled Airspace.

Thanks for choosing SD (Stratford) as your Fueling stop

Sealing round the pumps has been completed and is ready to use. Until grass grows take care when going from Grass to Seal use the 45 degree approach method.

Saturday, July 4, 2015

Now Saturday the 4th July (Yankee Doodle) was not the best although better than what they said on that great Aviation WX site TV-ONE news.

Saw Gary & EEF heading back to his place just before 10am I think it was.

Anyhoo down at the Aerodrome Hayden turned up to go Aviate a bit and Aviate he did although Low Level Circuits were the order of the day. Good training as gets one used to doing it and also the conditions which were super smooth ideal.

here's a Montage of Hayden going round in ever decreasing circles.

Still a bit damp hence the Rooster tails coming off the Landing gear.

Mean while Gary was trying to sort out why his Cowls had come off like that. Whilst they were doing that gave her a nice wipe down and then whacked them back on again and given a firm STAY command.

Hayden in the meantime was still going round the patch.

Bit whispy in places but nothing to write home about. If ya learn here ya learn in all kinds of weather makes a more rounded Pilot overall.

Looks pretty pleased about it all and rightly so all looked good to me.

After giving his Cowls a stern talking to Gary & RVH headed out for a blat.

Like at school look both ways before moving off.

Gary using RWY-27 Magpie using RWY-16

That Blue Grey paint on RVH is a Bugger with a background like that.

That's better

YUP , YUP ,YUP

Checking out the Dirt the Lads from Downers had placed in a couple of the Bigger Ruts.

Yes Gary can fix ya Shorts.....

New Alan & STA were about as well heading down to Hawera for a bit.

White also being a bugger in these conditions.

Mean while the Ercoupe saying bugger of all nice and dry in here.

That's all for Sat.
