Friday the 31st
was a lil bit weathery with some good cloud formations about the place with the odd bit of Drizzle chucked in.
Mike O turned up and in defiance of the conditions pushed on .... well must have scared the hell outa the WX as it buggered of and turned out to be a pleasant afternoon of aviation.
Getting the Fly Baby ready
The Flight Deck of the FB
Just about there
Mean while Ross had arrived with a good wagon full of Aircraft as one doe's
Cessna 185 & T-28 Trojan just hanging.
Fueling in progress
In between the poles ready for main engine start.
Pilot ready and waiting for starting instructions.
On the taxi for RWY-16
On her way
Mike & I have made the executive decision that the Fly Baby is slightly better looking than the Space Walker
No Correspondence will be accepted now the decision has been made.
Mike shot a couple touch & go's in for good measure.
Down and on the Taxi for the Pit's
Young Clifford turned up and got straight into the getting ready to go bit.
Thats a Four Star Forty there.
Checking for blockages and funny angles
Some how I don't think Clif will win the Club Enviromental Award this year.
Flies real nice.
Looks fast just sitting there.
Mean while the Local Harvard was out and about.
Making sure it's all doing the right thing.
A Harvard (Texan or SNJ if Navy) Montage
Taxy back to the pits
Nice flight nice Plane shame they don't make them anymore
Mean while whilst all that was going on Clem turned up to do something and decided to check out the Mustang.
I suspect he enjoyed getting up close and personal like.
Another shot of the Four Star
The Harvard and Ross out again seen going down hill here.
Then up again
Nice very nice
The Mountain Showed itself late afternoon
Thats it folks
