Follow instructions on Terminal.

When getting Fuel multiply your quantity by $2.60 for amount required or you will end up doing the card thing again. Example 60 Litres = $156.00

Please sign book in box.

Also if wanting a receipt do this pretty much after hose returned to holder.

When Fueling be careful of Splash back. It's brand new and pumps pretty quick.

I have seen people not winding the hose up when finished. If you do this consistantly I will be speaking to you as I can see you 24/7 (recorded) you will be paying for any damage incured. This facility is owned by the Stratford Aero Club Sport Flyers and not by any Fuel Company.

Treat it with respect it deserves or lose it.

Remember no Landing Fee's and uncontrolled Airspace.

Thanks for choosing SD (Stratford) as your Fueling stop

Sunday, July 3, 2016

Sunday 3rd July was cool 6C when I arrived down there but sunnyish with slight overcast.

The light wasn't great as these pic's of ONE & Gary riding the rail don onto 27.

Quite a heavy dew if those rooster tails are anything to go by.

Mustang getting ready for a fly South to FI

SNW getting a warm up run before setting off.

TVG getting some rays as Gary doe's the Stuff.

Also doing a warm up as well.

Don't think ONE happy bout being left at home.

Three shot's taken at 3 different shutter speeds.

Bit overcasty

On the Taxi 27

Ditto SNW

Oh Sparkly

Super Sparkly

Very nice taxing there takes alot of practice.

TVG away first.

Followed closely by SNW

Couple Ducks in tight formation heading Eastish.

Team Wilcox about to head out for a bit of aviaiting. Gwens first fly with Rob as PIC & his Second Pax.

here showing interested ex member all the bells and whistles.

Plenty of these about today.

SAL & team Wilcox about to blast off from 27.

Joe Public out enjoying the veiw and making good use of the picnic Tables.

Glider crew out doing stuff.

Team Wilcox back in onto 27

Looks pretty dam happy bout it.

Yeah Man. Flight Commander looking happy bout it.

That will be JET Star says so on it's Buttock's.

It was so cold today up there you could hear them as they passed overhead all day. Usually never hear them.

Some interesting things pass by down the Aerodrome every now and then.

Wayne & SNW sliding down for 27

Then Gary & TVG appeared overhead and zoomed down to Ferndene Field as the Modellors had on a Warbirds day going on. That's the New Plymouth Club we have the Egmont Club operating off the Aerodrome here.

Then back for landing 27

Giving the ole Pylons a close look.

Some to be back in the Hangar for some R & R. This probably the Highest T-51 in the country as she is no Hangar queen fgets flown all the time.

Gary & ONE Heading for home.

27 departure.

Around 2000ft climb I think it does give or take.

Glen & Paul from Keri Keri stopped by for as look around the place and a pic with the Mustang was in order as they usually are.

Mountain slowly calling it a day.

Now just so you no we have a perfectly good access road to drive around. The Grass out from Hanagar 1 is coned off to stop people from driving (CARS) on the Grass as it's quite soft.

So a lil respect eh.

Another twat drove over the Grass tonight. It's just being lazy so cut it out.
Or as our Man from the council said expect a bill to repair it.

I know who you are. So unless ya want a bill cease and desist.

I am saying this only once.

Have a nice day.
