FUEL INSTALLATION INFO

YES WE HAVE

!!! AVGAS - AVGAS - AVGAS -AVGAS - AVGAS !!!

Follow instructions on Terminal.

When getting Fuel multiply your quantity by $2.40 for amount required or you will end up doing the card thing again. Example 60 Litres = $145.00

Please sign book in box.

Also if wanting a receipt do this pretty much after hose returned to holder.

When Fueling be careful of Splash back. It's brand new and pumps pretty quick.

PUT THINGS BACK AS YOU FIND THEM.

I have seen people not winding the hose up when finished. If you do this consistantly I will be speaking to you as I can see you 24/7 (recorded) you will be paying for any damage incured. This facility is owned by the Stratford Aero Club Sport Flyers and not by any Fuel Company.

Treat it with respect it deserves or lose it.

!!! DAYLIGHT HOURS ONLY !!!

Remember no Landing Fee's and uncontrolled Airspace.

Thanks for choosing SD (Stratford) as your Fueling stop

Sealing round the pumps has been completed and is ready to use. Until grass grows take care when going from Grass to Seal use the 45 degree approach method.

11th of October

Bit of a Diff from the Stunner which was Monday.

Mean while over at the Glider Hangar Gary & Harry were hard at it installing the gear for the Radio Early Warning system so they can hear whats happening around the place.

This will help when the Gliders are operating down RWY 09 as it is quite hard to see what is happening down there. Also as the aircraft are getting quieter it will allow then to here where people are at before arriving.

Works quite well can't quite make out what is being said from Club house I suspect over at the Hangars it will be quite Audible.

A win win for everyone especially situational wise

Harry hard at it in the Weather and it wasn't being kind at the time.

Gary suitably happy he's not outside..... here fixing the speaker wire around the walls.

Now I can't stress enough how soft it is. This is RWY-16 and  Starlet tracks so if you are heavier than that take it easy  those about 6 cms deep.

That's 34 not bad but again hasn't been used that much either.

Couple tracks at the Intersection mainly from 16

09

RWY-27 although soft is best option from Threshold to intersection at present.

ONE has decided to move in to spend some time with Big Bro TVG. I suspect they both have some stories to tell each other.

The Tiger Fly-in at Taumaranui this weekend 154 to 16th OCT
