Thanks for choosing SD (Stratford) as your Fueling stop

Sealing round the pumps has been completed and is ready to use. Until grass grows take care when going from Grass to Seal use the 45 degree approach method.

Wed 16th November actually dawned not to bad sunny and warm with a slight breeze.
Unfortunately this Arvo normal service resumed BUGGER.

Only three Puddles remained today.

!!! WX STN down due power cut !!!

The Wind still hard at it.

Mark from the Mustang Car Club trying the Mustang out.

I think he likes it.

Then young Alex a Downers Mower Capatain was out waiting for the Cheif to turn up to access whether they could do the mowing.

I reckon he's quite stoked about the Mustang

After the Cheif John Paul arrived we devised a cunning plan to Mow what they could. The Tractor did from the Intersection to end RWY-27 and the lil Kubota did the Intersection to end RWY-09. thge others were gonna be done only if not to wet and they were gonna leave the manouvering area in the mean time.

Lil Kubota with Mower Captain Alex at the helm.

She got pretty rough out there at times but held his mettle and battled on.

John Paul was fine he has cover.

Now something a bit different. I took Sue's daughter Heather for a fly a while back and she has done this abstract painting of SSF not bad. Has captured shape of the plane really well there ya go ya Culture hit for the day.

Don't forget CLUB MONTHLY MEETING TONIGHT WED THE 16TH
