FUEL INSTALLATION INFO

YES WE HAVE

!!! AVGAS - AVGAS - AVGAS -AVGAS - AVGAS !!!

Follow instructions on Terminal.

When getting Fuel multiply your quantity by $2.40 for amount required or you will end up doing the card thing again. Example 60 Litres = $145.00

Please sign book in box.

Also if wanting a receipt do this pretty much after hose returned to holder.

When Fueling be careful of Splash back. It's brand new and pumps pretty quick.

PUT THINGS BACK AS YOU FIND THEM.

I have seen people not winding the hose up when finished. If you do this consistantly I will be speaking to you as I can see you 24/7 (recorded) you will be paying for any damage incured. This facility is owned by the Stratford Aero Club Sport Flyers and not by any Fuel Company.

Treat it with respect it deserves or lose it.

!!! DAYLIGHT HOURS ONLY !!!

Remember no Landing Fee's and uncontrolled Airspace.

Thanks for choosing SD (Stratford) as your Fueling stop

Sealing round the pumps has been completed and is ready to use. Until grass grows take care when going from Grass to Seal use the 45 degree approach method.

Feb 4th was very hot in the sun started with an Easterly then swung round to the South Westerly.

Had a visit from Don Waters CAA Area Rep yesterday (3rd Jan) good to catch up it's always good have an informal chat to catch up with things coming outa Wellington and what we have been up to etc. We were in the process of a Mandatory check we needed to do so he got a first hand eye on that.
Good to see ya Don always welcome at SD.

Big news of the day is Kenny went Solo in SND. WELL DONE THAT MAN a Rating in the Sonerai and also a Tail Dragger rating as well.

This photo from Wayne just after Solo

Outstanding & Excellent.

He celebrated by doing some circuits and then a break before setting course for the Summit.

Then a nice lil tootle round the district to finish of. I think he said he had done around 3.5 hours today.

T & G 09

Back in 27

Time for some refreshment.

About to Blast off 09 with the big rock in background.

He's off.

Shot of the day I reckon.

Sue was out for bit here catching some rays.

Kenny heading for 27 and up over the Summit.

Yes it's that hot.

Then back in.

Right some more gas then out for trip round the district.

On the Taxi 16

Back overhead from his sojourn about the place.

Kenny letting Mark & LTH in first a he burns fuel etc at 55 cents a second and he is faster and we don't mind it's just about helping ya fellow aviator out.

There ya go in and letting the P & W wind down and settle before shutdown.

Mark & Brian getting ready to put LTH to bed for the day.

Kenny finals 27

Looks like the lads taking there Battery cart for walk.

Looking suitably Sonerai'd

Amazing what ya see down the Aerodrome that'll be a Steam Engine there.

Now the Lads who were flying the Wanganui Aero Clubs Viper took some Photo's of the Mountain on there way home so credit go's to them.

Yes there were Punters up there. This being on that really nice day I arranged on the 28th

Snows just about done.
