FUEL INSTALLATION INFO

YES WE HAVE

!!! AVGAS - AVGAS - AVGAS -AVGAS - AVGAS !!!

Follow instructions on Terminal.

When getting Fuel multiply your quantity by $2.50 for amount required or you will end up doing the card thing again. Example 60 Litres = $150.00

Please sign book in box.

Also if wanting a receipt do this pretty much after hose returned to holder.

When Fueling be careful of Splash back. It's brand new and pumps pretty quick.

PUT THINGS BACK AS YOU FIND THEM.

I have seen people not winding the hose up when finished. If you do this consistantly I will be speaking to you as I can see you 24/7 (recorded) you will be paying for any damage incured. This facility is owned by the Stratford Aero Club Sport Flyers and not by any Fuel Company.

Treat it with respect it deserves or lose it.

!!! DAYLIGHT HOURS ONLY !!!

Remember no Landing Fee's and uncontrolled Airspace.

Thanks for choosing SD (Stratford) as your Fueling stop

Sunday 26th was overcast quite hazy but warm.

So looked out the window this AM rolled over went back to sleep.

Sue & I were gonna head to the first of the Season Turangi BBQ but alas Haze ,Showers and Low Cloud were forecast for the Cntral Plateau. Couple of the chaps tried but got to Taumaranui. Me really not interested in roaring round the Sky in dubious Vis with rising ground tends not to be much fun but hey thats just me.

The Iceman pretty much decided the same thing, Hence a cool one was decided the best avenue of attack.

Don had a Fault on SNJ so a 5 man trouble shooting team was formed (as ya do) 3 X SACSF members & 2 X EM Members (they had the Techo Gear) in short order the Fault was diagnosed a solution was decided upon. A good whack was applied (True) all sorted. Then we dispersed satisfied at a job well sorted.

Mean while the EM Team were hard at it getting Harry's new Machine a Seagull Pilatus PC-9 in Roulette's colour scheme.

Fly's really quick & nice.

Checking to make sure all surfaces going the right way (sometimes they aren't even if ya think they are and it's usually Fatal for their Flying Machine)

Mean while local Avian Aerodrome Hawk showing how it's done proper like.

Not that great pic's against the grey and white sky,

Ditto for the PC-9

Better and more colour contrast

RFD arrived overhead. Even she was bland against the Grey.

Doing an orbit over the Super Secret Richmond Racing Facility.

Mean while Gary was getting his Big Extra ready for some Aviation.

Nice Machine

RFD getting a post Flight wash
